I am a small eater on the other hand love good and also well-prepared food. When the Office of Tourism combined with the Lucban local government and also nearby areas to enhance the 4th Habhaban Event and the culinary history of Calabarzon, I knew I’m in for the stomach stretch. I am a small eater; but in some manner, I have to make do.

Our gastronomic expedition started at the property of Roy Empalmo. His bistro, Sulyap Gallery Cafe along with Restaurant, boasts foodstuff that transports one to the days when dinners were prepared usually. Fittingly called”Sulyap,” or “Glimpse” inside English, the humble place allows its visitors to peek behind the modern curtains regarding TV chefs and also rediscover the dishes when prepared for us by our grandmothers.
